J.Cat Beauty: The newest kid on the makeup block

J.Cat Beauty, a California based makeup company found its way to the Asian Pacific shore through its distributor Bwelle Store Enterprise. It opened its first Philippine store at the Uptown Mall BGC last March 26 with a fun invitation that indicated fun, magical things will be unfolded that day.
